The PSAT is highly relevant to your future success and focuses on the skills and knowledge at the heart of education. It measures what you learn in school and what you need to succeed in college. In order to get ready for the test remember: the same habits and choices that lead to success in school will help you be successful on the PSAT. The best way to prepare is to:
- Take challenging courses
- Do your homework
- Prepare for tests and quizzes
- Ask and answer lots of questions
No cell phones or google watches are allowed to be used during the test. Also, do not bring highlighters or mechanical pencils. No one will be allowed into the testing room late so please report straight to the testing room when the bell rings. Snacks and drinks are not allowed at the desks in the testing rooms. You can only eat or drink during breaks in the hallway.
